Concept development 

An overview of design style for the project will be proposed and several design solutions put forward for your consideration based on your brief.

Holistic illustrations of appropriate design elements may be offered during the initial planning process.

Our design concepts booklet is presented as a full-colour perspective illustration and/or CGI graphics, supported by mood boards, furniture layouts, lighting arrangements and floor plans.  In this way style, scale and proportions are illustrated and a clear indication of how the space can be utilised.

Project management

Our Project Management team perform a crucial role in the successful completion of each project. They oversee the entire process from the draft stages of the concept design through construction to installation and on-going maintenance.  They coordinate and oversee every element of the project; directing the consultant team and supervising the contractors. Most importantly, the Project Managers ensure that each assignment is completed on time and within budget. Under their direction our clients can remain confident that the finished project will exceed their expectations and also ensure that schedules are strictly adhered to. Working closely with relevant craftsmen, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that each stage of the project is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Architectural planning

We offer a truly holistic and comprehensive overview of each project, so that every aspect of the scheme is fully integrated and cohesively in line with the clients brief. The architectural design team consider how best to creatively explore and enhance every aspect of the available space, implementing functionality alongside aesthetics. They are well versed in providing all the internal services including state-of-the-art AV and lighting systems. With extensive knowledge of heritage matters and building regulations, the team is recognised for their construction drawing packages.

Specialist furniture sourcing and installation
Following final confirmation of the agreed design proposal, your selections would be scheduled for seamless procurement, delivery and subsequent installation by our Project co-ordination department.
